What happens when I attend the screening visit?
During the screening visit our medical team will explain all aspects of the study to you and allow you to ask any questions that you may have regarding your participation (this is referred to as the "Informed Consent"). You will then undergo a thorough medical examination, which involves a detailed medical history, blood and urine tests, drug screen, measurements of your blood pressure and pulse as well as a heart trace (ECG). The results of these tests coupled with the additional study requirements determine whether or not you are invited to participate in a study at Covance CRU. |
