At the screening appointment, new volunteers must ask to complete a referral form, listing the referring party's name, mailing address and phone number. The referral stipend will be paid by check once the volunteer completes the medical screening appointment and qualifies for the study upon check-in.
All new volunteers must be individuals who are not currently in our volunteer database. Individuals can only be referred once. |
