What can I expect for meals?
All meals are supplied daily by one of Madison's leading catering services. These meals are provided throughout your stay and are free. For research control purposes, volunteers participating in the same study will receive the same meals. For some studies, volunteers will be required to complete every meal, thus volunteers with food allergies and vegetarian preferences will not be permitted to participate. In addition, caffeine-containing products are generally restricted as well as beverages that contain grapefruit. |
