At the screening appointment, we will ask new volunteers to complete a referral form, listing your name, mailing address and phone number. The referral stipend will be paid by check once the volunteer completes the medical screening appointment and qualifies for the study upon check-in.

In order for you to qualify for the referral bonus, the friend you are referring must be brand new to our database. Individuals can only be referred once.
